I live in NJ and I am 22... My boyfriend and I (who live together) want to take a cheap vacation this summer for a few days maybe a week and not sure where... We really wanted to go to Disney, but it was a little pricey... We just wanna get away for a little bit. Any suggestions?

Have you checked out Gettysburg or Washington's Crossing? Check out the Poconos too. You can find some real cool hideaways - camping, hotels or B&B that are great for just getting away.

Some time this summer i would love to take a weekend and set up a tent on the beach, build a fire, and wake to the sound of the waves crashing... Is there anywhere in the Tri-State area NY NJ or CT where we can actually do this?
