My friends and I are looking for somewhere close to Sydney, within a 3 hour radius and on the coast. We're all 16/17 and have no luck in finding somewhere on the coast, close to a beach where they will let us camp without a parent
Does anyone know of any place that might?
Thank you so much for any imput

Answer
Amz, you could try the national park at Bundeena. there is a camp area, beach quite close as amenities. I was invited to go. It was a Father Son, weekend, but it was great.

Camping places for teens to go to in NSW?

Chris

I would like to know if any1 knows of a camping ground which my mates and i could go to without parent supervision. We dont mind paying, we would just like to know of a place which we can go for a couple days without parental supervion somewhere in NSW preferably near sydney maybe.

Our ages are 15-16.

Answer
I am not familiar with the laws against minors in Australia, but, generally, youth are not allowed to camp without adult supervision. However, if you can find a remote area for dispersed camping, then you are probably not going to encounter any law enforcement.

Give a call to National Parks and Wildlife Service: 08-8204-9000 and inquire about rules and dispersed camping opportunities.
