to much work to list here why not do a search yourself. there are camping grounds all over.

I'm 15, 16 in a few weeks, but I'm only in Quebec for 3 more weeks at a summer camp alone. My parents would not let me get a piercing (I haven't tried, but I know), but I really want a tiny nose stud and also my ears pierced, which they don't care about but I'd like to have done. I was just wondering, are there any places that you guys know of that will do a piercing for me without parent/guardian present at 15?
Please don't lecture me about why I shouldn't get one or go against my parents or anything, because piercings are very non-permanent and it's not really a life changing choice.

Without your parents' consent? No place will touch a minor, not worth the legal hassles.
