isolated place to go camping in VA like 100 miles from Virginia Beach....more inside?

looking to go somewhere that we can put up our tent make a fire and drink a few before bed without anyone bothering us. dont need to be lost in the woods just want to be able to whatever wed like for the most part. also i have heard about the coolers with fans insalled as AC units. how well does dry ice woprk? does it melt fast is it harmfull??? and ideas or input please! trying to go this weekend. also please email me for any other info needd. m1chae11ane123@yahoo.com

Going to the OBX and wondering what campground to stay at. Want to be as close to the beach as possible or even on it. We will just be using tents, but we have quads and trucks we would like to use on the beach as well. What place should i look into

I'm not sure about camping, but I know there is a 4WD beach to the north of Corolla, it goes all the way up to the VA state line.
